Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return within 15 days of delivery if:

Products must be returned in their original condition with all accessories, packaging, and tags.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain electronic items or used accessories may not qualify for return unless defective.
Refund Options
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll provide one of the following:

Full refund to your original payment method.

Cash refund (for Cash on Delivery orders).

Replacement for the same item, if available.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds typically take 3 to 7 business days after approval. Bank refunds may vary based on your provider.
Return Shipping
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

Damaged or Missing Items

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
